ABSYNT APART REGULATIONS

1. The stay lasts from 15:00 to 11:00. It is possible to arrange the arrival time in advance and leave luggage at the reception.
2. The payment for the stay must be made on the day of arrival when collecting the keys.
3. In the absence of a fee for a rented apartment, the company has the right to terminate the provision of services with immediate effect and to terminate the Guest's stay.
4. Payments and amounts paid for the hotel night are non-refundable.
5. The six-bed apartments are charged with a deposit in cash - PLN 400, for a pilot from the parking lot - PLN 100. The deposit will be refunded after the stay has ended. In the event of damage to the apartment or failure to return the parking remote control, we reserve the right to collect some or all of the security deposit.
6. The organization of parties is completely FORBIDDEN. In the case of Police, City Guard or JUWENTUS protection, the company will impose a penalty of 1000 PLN on the guest. The person renting a flat from Absynt Apart is responsible for all the damage to the rented flat and the building.
7. The apartment is rented upon presentation of an ID card or passport, and after payment for the stay.
8. Pets are forbidden to enter.
9. The apartment has a quiet night from 22:00 to 07:00 in the morning. During this time, non-registered guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
10. Booking cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before arrival (deposit can be used for future reservations). After 48 hours, there is no possibility of free cancellation.
11. An early departure of the Guest, due to independent reasons, does not entitle him to request a refund for the unused stay.
12. Absynt Apart reserves the right to change an apartment of a similar standard or location (StareMiasto, Centrum, Wierzbowa, Podwale 83, Dąbrowskiego, Garbary) in the event of sudden and unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for the failures that are beyond us and their consequences.
13. Smoking in the apartment is stricly FORBIDDEN.
14. Guests are required to provide adequate security for the apartment, which is understood as the exact closing of the entrance door and windows whenever it is left, and careful storage of keys without access to unauthorized persons.
15. If you lose your keys from the apartment as if you lost the remote control to the garage, guests will pay for the cost of making it.
16. If during the stay, due to the fault of the Guest, the apartment equipment is damaged or lost, the company has the right to claim loss from the Guest.
17. AbsyntApart reserves the right to refuse a Guest who:
    • does not have a valid ID card or does not want to show a document,
    • is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants,
    • during the previous stay grossly violated the above Regulations.
18. Payments on our site are handled by tpay.com.
19. Customer data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
20. Guest data in the platform reservations will be available only for 90 days from the date of check out.
